2022 has been a big year for Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphatic Solutions. In May we expanded our premises and opened Coastal Rehab Hub, a comprehensive allied health rehabilitation centre. In July we celebrated our 5th birthday. In September we recorded our biggest month for new patients. And now we’ve been nominated as a Finalist in the Central Coast Local Business Awards for Outstanding Specialist Business!
This nomination means the world for our founder, Kate Perkins. She has put her heart & soul into this business, building it from scratch five years ago, striving to always provide the highest standard of patient care. With a keen interest in scientific, evidence-based research, Kate is committed to obtaining the most innovative technology to achieve faster and better outcomes for her patients.
How does it feel to be a Local Business Awards Finalist?
“I am truly humbled by the support and very excited to be a finalist in the Local Business Awards. It is an acknowledgement of the hard work and dedication of my team to deliver specialised treatments using cutting edge technology and techniques in cancer rehabilitation and lymphoedema treatment.
I am passionate about helping people recover from the side effects and secondary conditions of cancer treatment, including the treatment of lymphoedema. Since establishing the practice in 2017, my goal was to deliver specialised treatments and programs and lead the way in the use of innovative, state-of-the-art technology, and I’ve watched the practice grow and flourish in that time.
So being acknowledged for that hard work, passion and dedication as a Finalist in the Local Business Awards is a wonderful achievement that I am very proud of.”
The winners will be announced at the end of November.
